Daycare Team Management

Daycare Team Management includes four brands – The Nook, Smart From The Start, Wise Owl, and Tiny Tot.

These daycares are located across Chicagoland and represent different costs and expectations. Each is focused on childcare, but serves completely different audiences – specifically brand to brand. The ownership felt a managed marketing approach would be more lucrative than the model they’d been using to that point.

Challenge

The daycares owned and operated by DTM were each targeting a different audience with different amenities and pricing. This made it impossible to advertise using a one-size-fits-all campaign and caused wasted ad spend inside AdWords during their internally managed attempts.

Solution

Our solution involved each location having its own account. Each was given campaigns we felt would best drive impressions needed to fill spots and Ad Groups crafted with age range, geographic identifiers, and industry-specific terminology.

After 6 months, ROI had grown to such a level the Company purchased a brand new facility and open the fourth Nook location.
