In our years of working with the Bing Network, we’ve come to realize a few things about their engine and the audience that uses it. First, Bing has quite a large number of older, affluent users across the United States due to the fact that it comes preloaded on all Windows computers. Many of these users aren’t computer savvy enough to feel confident in changing the preferred browser on their machine, so they tend to use Bing from that day forward. These users tend to have more disposable income than their Google counterparts, so businesses should seriously consider giving a portion of their budget to Bing’s Network.
This can be seen even more clearly when you look at the desktop search numbers as attributed to both Google and Bing. While Google holds 80% share of the market, that’s only valid when you include mobile devices in the statistics. If we remove mobile completely, then Bing’s share of the pie increases to 34% while Google’s decreases to 66%. Again, this is all due to the way Bing is preloaded on Windows computers – which will not stop any time soon – and the difficulty some older people have with changing this functionality.

New Office Opening Westminster Colorado
This year brought the opening of our second agency location in Westminster, Colorado. Though we actually opened our doors in December, full-scale activity didn’t begin until after the first of the year.
